为观察左归双降方对血压和糖代谢的影响 ,以手术致大鼠双侧肾动脉狭窄、小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射及喂饲高热量饲料造成实验性糖尿病合并高血压模型。结果显示 :左归双降方治疗给药 30d后具有降低实验大鼠血糖及改善糖耐量异常的作用 ,而对实验大鼠血压升高则具有抑制作用。从而表明以阴阳互济法立法组方的左归双降方对糖尿病性高血压具有一定的治疗作用。
In order to observe the effects of Zuo Gui Shuang Jiang Fang on blood pressure and glucose metabolism, experimental diabetes-induced hypertension model was induced by bilateral renal artery stenosis, intraperitoneal injection of low-dose streptozotocin and high-calorie diet. The results showed that left guihuang shuangjiang prescription can reduce the blood sugar and improve the abnormal glucose tolerance in experimental rats 30 days after treatment, but inhibited the increase of blood pressure in experimental rats. This shows that the Zuogui Shuangjiangfang, a legislative group of the yin and yang cooperation method, has a certain therapeutic effect on diabetic hypertension.
