目的:观察肠内营养混悬液对食管癌术后患者早期体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将患者分为营养组和对照组,治疗后观察体液免疫和细胞免疫的水平。结果:治疗后患者的总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白和转铁蛋白水平比较,营养组与对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);营养组T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白水平较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:早期肠内营养可促进食管癌术后早期体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的恢复。
Objective: To observe the effect of enteral nutrition suspension on early humoral and cellular immune function in postoperative esophageal cancer patients. Methods: The patients were divided into nutrition group and control group. The humoral immunity and cellular immunity were observed after treatment. Results: After treatment, the levels of total protein, albumin, prealbumin and transferrin were significantly improved in the nutrition group and the control group (P <0.05). The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin in the nutrition group were significantly higher than those in the control group Significant improvement (P <0.05). Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition can promote early postoperative humoral and cellular immune function recovery of esophageal cancer.
