In order to better implement the spirit of the Central Working Conference and to contribute to the development of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, the “Seminar on Large-scale and Medium-sized State-owned Enterprises” jointly initiated and organized by Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and Tianjin Economic System Reform Research Association From December 23rd to 24th, 1991 at the Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. The leaders of the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government, the responsible comrades of the economic management department, experts and scholars of universities and research institutes, and managers of famous enterprises of the city attended the meeting. The director has nearly 100 people. The seminar received 42 papers. The participating comrades revolved around the theme of doing a good job for the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, and adhered to the principle of four basic principles and implemented the principle of “double-hundred”.
