倾斜火炬塔结构纠倾施工过程中地基扰动可能产生新的沉降。本文通过对实际工程的桩基加固过程中的沉降进行分析,为顶升纠偏顶升量取值提供参考。全文以某倾斜LNG(液化天然气)火炬塔工程为例,提出了顶升纠倾方案和地基基础加固方案,给出主要构造图;根据该方案,分析了新增桩基加固方法施工前后火炬塔桩基沉降情况,给出预测计算方法。分析结果表明:按非嵌岩桩计算得到的基础沉降与观测结果较为一致;纠偏与地基加固施工过程中的总沉降主要由承台扩大、压桩和后期新桩中新增荷载导致的沉降变形三者引起,最大预测数值为3.7mm。因此,在确定顶升纠偏顶升量目标值时应考虑加固过程中的总沉降。
Tilting torch tower structure during rectification construction disturbance may cause new subsidence. In this paper, through the analysis of the settlement during the pile foundation reinforcement of the actual project, this paper provides a reference for the value of jacking-up correction. In this paper, taking a tilted LNG (liquefied natural gas) torch tower project as an example, a lifting scheme and a foundation reinforcement scheme are proposed, and the main structural drawing is given. According to the scheme, the new pile foundation reinforcement method before and after the construction of the torch tower Pile foundation settlement situation, given prediction calculation method. The analysis results show that the foundation settlement calculated by non-rock-fill piles is in good agreement with the observation results. The total settlement during the course of correction and foundation reinforcement is mainly caused by the enlargement of caps and the settlement deformation caused by the newly added load in piling and post-new piles The three cause, the maximum predicted value of 3.7mm. Therefore, the total settlement during reinforcement should be taken into account when determining the target value of the jacked up correction.
