报道了作者近年来在纳米多层膜中亚稳结构铁相形成及其磁学行为的研究结果 ,实验结果表明 ,已在七个多层膜系统中获得三种亚稳结构的铁相 ,它们分别具有面心立方、非晶和菱方结构 ,这三种亚稳相均表现出铁磁性行为 ,在Fe/Cu和Fe/Pd多层膜中的面心立方结构铁的磁矩显著增强 ,面心立方结构铁的磁矩随其点阵参数的增大而减小。具有菱方结构的铁亦具有相当高的磁矩 (1 52 μB)。而具有非晶结构的铁相磁矩相对较低 ,一般均低于 0 4μB。
The authors reported the formation of metastable iron and its magnetic behavior in nano-multilayer films in recent years. The experimental results show that three metastable iron phases have been obtained in seven multilayer films Respectively, have face-centered cubic, amorphous and rhombic structures, and all three metastable phases exhibit ferromagnetic behavior. The magnetic moments of face-centered cubic iron in Fe / Cu and Fe / Pd multilayer films are significantly enhanced, The magnetic moment of face-centered cubic iron decreased with the increase of lattice parameters. Iron with a rhombic structure also has a fairly high magnetic moment (1 52 μB). However, the magnetic moment of the iron phase with the amorphous structure is relatively low, generally lower than 0 4 μB.
