在我国经济发展步入新常态的形势下,如何实现智能制造、建设智能化工厂,已经成为轮胎橡胶企业广泛关注的热点。在8月17~19日《中国橡胶》杂志社主办的“轮胎橡胶行业精益制造智能发展主题峰会”上,10位专家的报告均说明,仅仅提高设备自动化程度,或半成品/成品实现自动化输送、检测和仓储,并不是真正的智能化工厂,智能化工厂必须建立在精益设计、精益制造和精益管理之上。来自轮胎、非轮胎橡胶制品企业,橡胶原材料、骨架材料、橡胶机械模具等企业,以及大专院校、工程公司等150余名代表参加了会议。
