本文介绍了用半喂入作物传感器进行作物载荷电测的情况,提出了弓齿有规则变齿迹距排列滚筒和无规则排列滚筒冲击作物次数的计算方法,对单株喂入作物的冲击次数以及激振频率和激振力幅进行了电子计算机计算和分析并以电测做了验证,在此基础上,计算分析了单株喂入作物的两种振动响应,指出滚筒结构设计、运动参数选择及其匹配应使脱粒时激振频率始终接近作物有穗系统的固有频率而避开无穗系统的固有频率,增加籽粒“一次脱粒”和低周“疲劳脱粒”的可能性,同时减少脱下断穗和茎叶的机会,从而为提高半喂入脱粒分离工效和性能的研究打下一定的理论基础。
