仡佬族是我国古老民族之一,他独特而深厚的文化吸引着人们的强烈兴趣。文章采用实地考察、文献资料查阅等方法,对仡佬民族的传统体育文化进行挖掘、整理,并对其潜在价值进行分析,认为:仡佬族有着丰富而独特的传统体育文化,根据它们的表现形式及功能来看,主要分为宗教祭祀、竞技对抗、技能表演和嬉戏娱乐四种类型,并具有传承性、宗教性和艺术性、娱乐性和健身性、节日祭祀活动的欢庆性和交流性、原始的教育性等功能。
Mulam is one of the ancient peoples of our country, his unique and profound culture to attract people’s strong interest. The article excavates and organizes the traditional sports culture of the Mulao people by means of field investigation and literature review, and analyzes its potential value. It holds that the Mulam people have rich and unique traditional sports culture. According to their manifestations and Function point of view, is mainly divided into religious sacrifices, competitive confrontation, skills show and playful entertainment four types, and has the heritage, religious and artistic, entertaining and fitness, festivals and festivities of celebration and communication, the original Educational and other functions.
