目的 观察芦荟及其复方制剂在抗脂质过氧化、调节免疫因子方面的抗衰老作用 ,为芦荟在老年医学中应用及发掘抗衰老药物提供依据。方法 二级昆明种小白鼠 4 8只 ,随机分为 4组 ,三个衰老组用D 半乳糖法造衰老模型 ,其中两个试验组分别灌胃芦荟液和复方芦荟液 ,衰老模型对照组和正常对照组均灌胃等量 0 .9%NaCl溶液。用药 2 8d后 ,测全血MDA含量、SOD、GSH -Px活性及血清IL 1、IL 6、IL 8水平。结果 衰老模型组与正常对照组比较MDA含量明显升高 ,SOD、GSH -Px活性和血清IL 1、IL 6、IL 8水平降低 ,且体重减轻。应用芦荟和复方芦荟组则使衰老小鼠上述指标明显恢复 ,与衰老模型组比较 ,差异显著。结论 芦荟及其复方制剂在对衰老动物实验模型的应用中有抗脂质过氧化 ,增强自由基清除以及升高已降低的IL 1、IL 6、IL 8水平的作用
Objective To observe the anti-aging effects of aloe vera and its compound preparations on anti-lipid peroxidation and regulation of immune factors, and provide basis for the application of aloe vera in gerontology and the exploration of anti-aging drugs. Methods A total of 48 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Three aging groups were aged by D-galactose method. Two experimental groups were given aloe vera and compound aloe respectively. The normal control group was given the same amount of 0.9% NaCl solution. After 28 days of drug administration, MDA content, SOD, GSH-Px activity and serum IL 1, IL 6 and IL 8 levels in whole blood were measured. Results The MDA content in the aging model group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, SOD, GSH-Px activity, serum IL 1, IL 6, IL 8 levels were decreased, and weight was reduced. The application of aloe vera and compound aloe vera resulted in significant recovery of the above indicators in aging mice, which was significantly different from the aging model group. Conclusion Aloe vera and its compound preparations have anti-lipid peroxidation, enhance free radical scavenging and increase the level of reduced IL 1, IL 6, IL 8 in the application of experimental models of aging animals.
