选自我院ICU收治患者50例,以随机的方式分为对照组与观察组各25例,其中对照组患者给药以治疗为目的,观察组患者给药以预防为目的,对比其临床效果。相对于对照组,观察组患者临床治疗有效率更具有优越性,两者对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗起效时间相对于对照组要短很多,两者对比有显著差异性(P<0.05)。对ICU患者肺部真菌感染患者应用预防性药物进行治疗能够取得突出的临床治疗效果,有效降低患者死亡事件发生概率,值得临床推广。
Fifty patients admitted to our hospital from ICU were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the purpose of treatment, and the patients in the observation group were given prophylaxis for the purpose of comparison. Compared with the control group, the effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was more superior, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), the onset time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The prevention of pulmonary fungal infection in patients with ICU patients with prophylactic drugs for treatment can achieve outstanding clinical effect, reduce the probability of death in patients with the event, worthy of clinical promotion.
