去年七月,我们先后对江苏和上海地区部份农村的农民居住条件、经济状况、对农房构件的需求、农房构件的生产能力、价格、质量等情况作了调查。在此基础上,我们同条件比较成熟的三个社办预制厂联营农房构件,今年又新增了五个点。联营的方式是:由我处按国拨价提供水泥和钢材(黄砂、石子由对方自理),由对方负责生产和销售。据统计,联营以来(至今年四月底止),共生产和销售各种规格的多孔楼板34865块,桁条31865根,深受农民欢迎。实践证明,开展农房构件经营业务
In July last year, we conducted surveys on the living conditions, economic conditions, demand for farm house components, production capacity of rural housing components, prices, and quality of some rural residents in Jiangsu and Shanghai. On this basis, we have added five points to this year’s three community-run prefabricated factory joint-operated farmhouse components that are more mature.
