为了研究粗镁直接熔炼AM60B镁合金锭各个部分力学性能及夹杂物的分布,在粗镁熔炼AM60B镁合金锭的左、中、右各部取样,进行拉伸和冲击试验。采用SEM观察断口形貌.并用EDS分析镁合金中的夹杂物分布。结果表明,粗镁直接熔炼AM60B镁合金锭中间部分抗拉强度和屈服强度较两侧稍低一些,左、中、右各部分的伸长率依次增大。AM60B镁合金锭中间部分冲击韧度较两侧高一些。镁合金锭左侧部分含有硅夹杂物,中间部分有碳氧化合物,右侧部分有溶剂夹杂物。
In order to study the mechanical properties and the distribution of inclusions in various parts of the crude magnesium directly melted AM60B magnesium alloy ingot, the left, middle and right parts of the crude magnesium smelting AM60B magnesium alloy ingot were sampled for tensile and impact tests. The fracture morphology was observed by SEM, and the distribution of inclusions in magnesium alloy was analyzed by EDS. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of the middle part of the crude magnesium directly melted AM60B magnesium alloy ingot are slightly lower than those on both sides, and the elongation of each part of the left, middle and right parts increases in turn. AM60B magnesium alloy ingot intermediate part of the impact toughness higher than both sides. The left part of magnesium alloy ingot contains silicon inclusions, the middle part has carbon oxides, and the right part has solvent inclusions.
