台湾花莲区农业改良场经八年试验培育出水稻新品种,初步定名为台粳育8383,该品种具有产量高,米质优良,米粒洁白晶萤透明,抗病虫,不易倒伏等特点,其品质优于台农67号,每公顷产量在5千公斤以上,适合台湾东部地区种植。
After eight years of experiments, the Hualien District Agricultural Improvement Field in Taiwan developed a new rice variety, initially named as Taiwan and Japonica Rice 8383. The variety has the characteristics of high yield, good quality, transparent white rice crystal, pest resistance, The quality is better than that of Tai Nong 67, with a yield of more than 5000 kg per hectare, which is suitable for planting in the eastern part of Taiwan.
