我们在销售165F、175F小型柴油机时,曾遇到过这样的情况:起动柴油机时,活塞不能到达上止点,检查各部件无卡滞现象,用手扳动飞轮,活塞仍不能达到上止点。拆下气缸盖发现,活塞顶部有轻微的伤痕且有黄豆大小的焊渣。焊渣是怎样进入气缸的呢?原来生产厂家在柴油机出厂前包装时,为减小包装箱的体积,没有把空气滤清器装在柴油机上,而进气管又无其它遮挡,在包装时及运输途中,焊渣从进气管经进气门进入气缸。此外,我们也曾发现过小垫片、小螺母等配件进入气缸的现象。建议有关生产厂家在柴油机出
