台州市1996年10月在对输血员体检中发现首例HIV抗体阳性病例后,1998年7月以后又陆续发现HIV感染者5例,6例中已进入临床发病期的2例,无症状HIV感染者4例。为及时控制传染源,我们对6例HIV感染者分别进行了详细的流行病学调查,现报告如下。材料与方法1．流行病学调查:现场调查按照卫生部防疫司编印的《艾滋病防治手册》中规定的调查内容和步骤开展。按照预先设计的艾滋病病人个案调查表逐项填写。
