长期从事石油前线的钻井技术工作者都深知钻井作业中摩阻的危害。本文针对川西钻探公司苏里格项目经理部总包的苏里格桃7、苏5区块水平井作为实验研究对象,该区块定向井与水平井多处于鄂尔多斯伊侠斜坡构造地层较为稳定的地区,定向井井深在3 550~4 000 m之间,水平井井深大概在4 000~5 000 m之间,对定向井与水平井摩阻的控制与优化设计具有一定的代表性~([1])。对钻柱力学进行分析、对钻柱强度进行分析以及对水平井摩阻和钻压进行分析三个方面组成本文的行文脉络,在保证定向井与水平井安全施工的前提下,对钻柱的摩阻进行准确的计算,使定向井与水平井对摩阻的控制上可以得心应手。
