1965年我队根据总局、分局指示,结合航测外业情况初步试行了“三定一项”干部参加劳动制度。在全队管理干部中,除因公、病、老等外,其余均纳入“三定一顶”劳动计划。我们采取的形式是:技术管理干部顶作业员作一幅图,时间规定40天;行政干部顶工人,时间规定一个月至三个月。平时深入检查、劳动每月20至22天。在全年的生产期间,基本完成了“三定一顶”劳动计划。
In 1965, according to the instructions of the General Administration of Administration and the branch offices, our team tentatively tried out the “three given one” cadres to participate in the labor system according to the situation of aerial survey and field operations.
