采用光学显微镜、透射电镜和常温拉伸等方法研究了均匀化制度对7055铝合金力学性能及抗剥落腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:单级均匀化处理后的合金抗剥落腐蚀性能最差,分级均匀化制度可调节Al_3Zr粒子的析出行为,有效地抑制合金再结晶的发生;经350℃×12 h+470℃×24 h的双级均匀化处理后,可使7055合金获得大量尺寸细小且均匀弥散分布的Al_3Zr粒子,同时显著提高合金时效后的力学性能和抗剥落腐蚀性能。
The effects of homogenization system on the mechanical properties and anti-spalling corrosion resistance of 7055 aluminum alloy were studied by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and tensile test at room temperature. The results show that the single-stage homogenized alloy has the strongest anti-spalling corrosion resistance. The graded homogenization system can regulate the precipitation behavior of Al 3Zr particles and effectively inhibit the recrystallization of the alloy. After 350 ℃ × 12 h + 470 ℃ × 24 h two-stage homogenization treatment, the 7055 alloy can be obtained a large number of small and uniform size distribution of Al 3Zr particles, while significantly improving the mechanical properties after aging and anti-spalling corrosion resistance.
