后巩膜加固术治疗变性近视已成为病因治疗的肯定术式，可以控制恶化。但目前国内外采用的传统术式一般不能获得良好的近期效果，不能缩短眼轴，降低屈光度。我们以改进的后巩膜加固术治疗３１眼，明视下以异体巩膜紧压黄斑部巩膜葡萄肿区域，并使其较大面积均匀受压，使眼轴缩短、近视屈光度下降，获得满意的近期效果。术后加固材料与后极部牢固愈合，远期疗效肯定。认为异体巩膜是最佳的加固材料。
Posterior scleral reinforcement for the treatment of degenerative myopia has become affirmative treatment of the cause, can control the deterioration. However, the traditional surgical methods adopted at home and abroad generally can not obtain good near-term effects, can not shorten the axial length and reduce the diopter. We use the modified posterior scleral reinforcement surgery in 31 eyes, under scrotal scleral stricture with scleral hydatidiform edema region, and its uniform compression of a larger area, the axial length shortening, myopia diopter decreased to obtain a satisfactory recent effect. Postoperative consolidation of materials and posterior pole of solid healing, long-term effect is sure. Sclera is considered the best reinforcing material.
