光卟啉(YHpD)合并照光使红细胞溶血度和红细胞膜脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量大大增加,红细胞膜乙酰胆碱酯酶活力显著减低。体内给药,YHpD对小鼠皮肤产生明显光敏反应。漏芦水提取物在体外和体内试验中都明显对抗YHpD的光氧化作用,这种对抗作用与其对YHpD产生的单线态氧的清除有关。
Photoporphyrin (YHpD) combined with light so that hemolysis of erythrocytes and erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation product of malondialdehyde increased significantly, the erythrocyte membrane acetylcholinesterase activity was significantly reduced. In vivo administration, YHpD produced a significant photosensitized response to mouse skin. Leucylophilus extract significantly antagonizes the photooxidation of YHpD in vitro and in vivo and this antagonism is related to the elimination of singlet oxygen produced by YHpD.
