采用级配碎石作为复合式路面裂缝缓解层,利用级配碎石层散粒体、柔性层状及加铺隔离作用有效吸收、消散荷载引起的沥青面层底部应力,并减小路面弯沉,达到抑制和延缓反射裂缝出现的效果。本文利用有限元法对不同级配碎石层厚度及弹性模量情况下的沥青面层应力及弯沉进行计算和对比分析,结果得到:合理增加级配碎石层的厚度能有效减小沥青面层的底部应力及弯沉值,而增加级配碎石的弹性模量效果则不明显。通过对实践的总结得出:设置合理厚度的集配碎石层能有效抑制复合式路面的反射裂缝。

In this paper, the finite element method is used to calculate and compare the stress and deflection of asphalt surface under the different graded crushed-stone thickness and elastic modulus. As a result, the reasonable increase of the thickness of the graded crushed stone layer can effectively reduce the asphalt The bottom of the surface stress and deflection values, while increasing the elastic modulus of graded gravel effect is not obvious. Through the conclusion of the practice, we can see that setting a reasonable thickness of the graded crushed stone layer can effectively restrain the reflective cracking of the composite pavement.
