针对不同宽长比(即盒形件宽度和长度的比值)的铝合金盒形件粘性介质压力成形进行了研究,分析了盒形件的不同宽长比对试件的壁厚、应力与应变及破裂区域的影响,得到了不同宽长比盒形件的极限变形能力。研究结果表明,随着盒形件宽长比的增加,试件破裂区域由盒形件长度方向的底部直边圆角区域向底部4个拐角圆角区域转移,能够成形出的最小圆角半径不断减小,贴模性能不断提高。
