利用通常的往复式磁制冷原理,采用伺服电机通过滚珠丝杠分别驱动磁场系统和热交换流体的方式,制作实现磁场系统移动速度和换热流体流速连续可调和可控的室温磁制冷机。触摸屏作为操控界面,操作简单方便,参数任意设定,数据自动采集,利用可编程控制器(PLC)及自编的控制程序控制伺服驱动器实现运动控制。这种结构设计方便系统研究往复式室温磁制冷机磁场系统运动速度及热交换流体流速对制冷效果的影响,可作为往复式室温磁制冷机参数的测试平台。
By using the usual reciprocating magnetic refrigeration principle, the magnetic motor and the heat exchange fluid are respectively driven by the servo motor through the ball screw to make the room temperature magnetic refrigerator which can realize the magnetic field system moving speed and the flow speed of the heat exchange fluid to be continuously adjustable and controllable. Touch screen as a control interface, easy to operate, arbitrary parameters set, the data is automatically collected, the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) and self-control program to control the servo drive for motion control. This structure is convenient to study the influence of the magnetic field system moving speed of the reciprocating room-temperature magnetic refrigerator and the flow rate of the heat exchange fluid on the cooling effect, and can be used as the testing platform for the parameters of the reciprocating room-temperature magnetic refrigerator.
