长江流域经济发展在中国经济发展中具有重要战略地位。在长江上游地区推进经济一体化,既有利于促进全国区域经济的协调发展和西部大开发的持续稳定推进,也有利于推动区域内部各省市区之间的合作与发展,增强整个长江流域经济发展的活力。本文在阐释长江上游地区经济一体化基本内涵的基础上,论述了“政府推动+市场主导”的一体化发展模式,提出了完善区域大市场、优化区域空间布局、推进区域产业的合作发展以及创新区域合作机制等重点推进路径。
The economic development in the Yangtze River Basin plays an important strategic role in China’s economic development.
