一种较廉价的选择性氧化剂的制备和应用

随着 Collinst 研制的吡啶三氧化铬及 Co-rey 研制的吡啶盐酸盐三氧化铬的出现,铬(Ⅵ)选择性氧化剂已引起广泛注意,其中不少氧化剂可有效地将伯醇和仲醇氧化为相应的羰基化合物。作者也研究出具有优良选择性的、以盐酸三甲胺,盐酸二甲胺等为配体的三氧化铬氧化剂。但所有这些氧化剂都有一个共同的缺点,就是配体昂贵,限制了应用。为此,经多次实验,我们研制出了以廉价氯化铵为配体的铬(Ⅵ)氧化剂—NH_4Cl·CrO_3,尚未见文献报道。它在 DMF 中对醇类的氧化具有良好的选择性。 With the advent of pyridine chromium trioxide developed by Collinst and pyridine hydrochloride chromium trioxide developed by Co-rey, the selective oxidation of chromium (Ⅵ) has attracted a great deal of attention. The authors also studied chromium trioxide oxidizers with excellent selectivity to trimethylamine hydrochloride, dimethylamine hydrochloride and the like. However, all of these oxidants have a common disadvantage, which is that their ligands are expensive and have limited application. To this end, after many experiments, we have developed a cheap ammonium chloride as a ligand chromium (Ⅵ) oxidant -NH_4Cl · CrO_3, has not been reported in the literature. It has good selectivity for the oxidation of alcohols in DMF.
