随着 Collinst 研制的吡啶三氧化铬及 Co-rey 研制的吡啶盐酸盐三氧化铬的出现,铬(Ⅵ)选择性氧化剂已引起广泛注意,其中不少氧化剂可有效地将伯醇和仲醇氧化为相应的羰基化合物。作者也研究出具有优良选择性的、以盐酸三甲胺,盐酸二甲胺等为配体的三氧化铬氧化剂。但所有这些氧化剂都有一个共同的缺点,就是配体昂贵,限制了应用。为此,经多次实验,我们研制出了以廉价氯化铵为配体的铬(Ⅵ)氧化剂—NH_4Cl·CrO_3,尚未见文献报道。它在 DMF 中对醇类的氧化具有良好的选择性。

It has good selectivity for the oxidation of alcohols in DMF.
