贵州省兴仁县雨樟镇是我国燃煤型砷中毒(coal arsenic poisoning,CAP)的重病区之一,从1976年该地区发现CAP患者以来,CAP患者病例不断增加,1991年调查发现1 548例。2002年4月,在雨樟镇某村现场调查时发现:一邵姓人家中,其65岁的父亲及40岁左右的2个儿子均系CAP患者,其父亲的四肢皮损较重,已有癌前期病变,而其母亲全身皮肤正常,未见砷中毒皮损。因此,作者对居住在该村的3个家族即邵姓、金姓和杨姓的全部成员进行了CAP发病情况调查,报告如下。
The town of Xingzhang County in Guizhou Province, Yuzhang Town, is one of the most endemic areas of coal arsenic poisoning (CAP) in China. Since the CAP patients were found in the area in 1976, the number of CAP patients has been continuously increasing. In 1991, the survey found that 1 548 example. In April 2002, during a field survey in a village in Yuzhang Town, she found that among her family members, the 65-year-old father and her 2-year-old son of 40 were all CAP patients. Pre-cancerous lesions, while the mother’s normal body skin, no arsenic poisoning lesions.
