为提高考虑不确定性因素影响下的转向机构运动精度,提出了平面四杆转向机构运动可靠性灵敏度分析的解析算法。考虑机构的构件尺寸公差,提出包含机构结构误差和随机误差的误差分析模型,并采用线性化方法导出机构运动误差的统计特征值的解析表达。采用一次二阶矩方法建立了转向机构运动可靠性分析模型,并推导了机构运动可靠度对随机变量均值和方差的灵敏度分析的解析模型。最后,给出了数值计算实例。
In order to improve the movement accuracy of the steering mechanism under the influence of uncertain factors, the analytical algorithm of sensitivity analysis of the motion reliability of the planar four-bar steering mechanism is proposed. Considering the size tolerance of the mechanism, the error analysis model including the structure error and the random error of the mechanism is proposed, and the analytical expression of the statistical eigenvalue of the mechanism motion error is derived by the linearization method. A second moment method was used to establish the motion reliability analysis model of the steering mechanism and the analytical model of the sensitivity analysis of the mechanism motion reliability to the mean and variance of the random variables was deduced. Finally, numerical examples are given.
