成果介绍大冶有色金属集团控股有限公司(以下简称“大冶有色”)作为一家老国有企业,受资源、资金、技术等生产要素的制约,在市场竞争和自身发展过程中面临诸多困难。企业发展战略如何分解实施,企业经营理念如何贯彻落实、企业管理水平如何有效提高、员工积极性如何充分调动等等。所有这些,需要一套行之有效的管理工具帮助企业实施管理。而绩效管理在做实目标任务、提高组织效能和强化员工责任意识方面,具有其卓越的功能和独特的优势。大冶有色根据关键业绩指标法(KPI)、平衡计分卡法(BSC)、360度考核等管理方法积极开展绩效管理活动,取得了很好的效果。
Achievements Introduction As an old state-owned enterprise, Daye Nonferrous Metals Group Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Daye Nonferrous Metals”) is constrained by the factors of production such as resources, capital and technology and faces many difficulties in market competition and self-development . How to break down the implementation of enterprise development strategy, how to implement the business philosophy, how to effectively improve the level of business management, employee motivation and how to fully mobilize. All of this requires a well-established set of management tools to help companies manage them. Performance management has its outstanding functions and unique advantages in fulfilling its goals and objectives, improving organizational effectiveness and strengthening staff awareness of responsibility. Daye Nonferrous Metals has achieved good results in performance management based on key performance indicators (KPIs), BSC (balanced scorecard method) and 360 degree assessment.
