学生的身心发展在一定年龄段具有稳定性和普遍性,但由于受生理素质、环境、教育以及个人的努力程度的影响,同一年龄段每个学生的身心发展水平又表现出特殊性和差异性。“差异教学”正是教师根据学生的心理特点和不同的个性,为满足学生个别学习需要而采用的教学方式。本文试从自身实践入手,理论联系实际,对“差异教学”的实施策略作一些探讨、总结和反思。
The physical and psychological development of students is stable and universal in a certain age range. However, due to the influence of physical quality, environment, education, and personal efforts, the physical and psychological development level of each student in the same age group shows particularity and difference. . “Differential teaching ” is the teaching method adopted by the teacher to meet the individual learning needs of students according to their psychological characteristics and different personalities.
