目前生产的陀螺马达和微电机硅钢片零件,一般都是9~102个槽,其任意两槽的角度积累误差为±10′,模具则要求提高到±5′。原来制造模具采用的工艺方法,需要使用坐标镗床和曲线磨床等高精度机床,工艺过程繁杂,要求钳工装配技术水平高,制造周期一般均在三、四个月以上。零件槽数愈多,制造周期愈长,角度精度愈难以保证,是我厂模具生产中的“老大难”问题。
