当给入提金工厂原矿的金品位下降时,金属的回收率随之降低,这不单纯是由于有固定的品位损失于尾渣中,而且还因为尾渣品位本身是原矿品位的函数。为了表示原矿品位和回收率之间的关系,采取多学科的研究方法,用以建立一种模型。这种物理化学模型系基于:(Ⅰ)氰化的反应特性;(Ⅱ)已磨矿石重选的选择性;(Ⅲ)矿石贮备时金品位和颗粒尺寸接近于对数正态分布.这种模型被用于在一个指定的丁厂,对一个给定的原矿品位制定出一个合理的回收率指标,而且以此作为调节手段,对工厂设备的性能作出判断。
The recovery of metals decreases as the grade of gold fed to the ore mills declines, not simply because of the loss of fixed grade in the tailings, but also because the tailings grade itself is a function of ore grade. To represent the relationship between ore grade and recovery, a multidisciplinary approach was used to establish a model. This physico-chemical model is based on: (I) the cyanidation reaction characteristics; (II) the selectivity of ground ore recalcitons; (III) the gold grade and grain size near the ore reserves close to the lognormal distribution The model is used to establish a reasonable recovery rate for a given grade of ore at a given facility and as a means of adjustment to judge the performance of the facility.
