平顺县芣兰岩乡地处太行山巅,经济文化落后,交通十分不便。全乡10个行政村,65个自然庄,5400口人。1991年全乡人均收入仅为210元。目前仍有个别村和大部分自然庄通不了汽车,是全县贫困乡之一。但是,就是这样一个贫困乡,他们坚持了集体办医20多年。早在1979年10月5日,《山西卫生报》就刊登了这个乡集体办医的经验。近几年来,多次受到上级领导的表扬和鼓励。全乡疾病得到了控制,群众尝到了甜头。
Pingshan County is located in the foothills of the Taihang Mountains in Gaolanyan Township. It is economically and culturally backward and the transportation is very inconvenient. The township has 10 administrative villages, 65 natural villages and 5,400 people. In 1991, the per capita income of the township was only 210 yuan. At present, there are still individual villages and most of the natural villages that cannot pass the car. It is one of the impoverished townships in the county. However, it is such a poverty-stricken village that they insisted on the collective medical treatment for more than 20 years. As early as October 5, 1979, the “Shanxi Health News” published the experience of the township collective medical treatment. In recent years, it has been praised and encouraged by leaders of many times. The disease in the township was brought under control and the people tasted the sweetness.
