一年到五年生西洋参根、茎、叶总皂甙含量分别为3.89~6.40%、1.41~1.88%、9.05~10.37%,根总皂甙含量与参龄呈正相关。根、茎、叶氨基酸的总平均含量分别为9.65%、4.89%、12.83%,必需氨基酸总平均含量分别为3.10%、2.02%、5.18%,各种氨基酸的含量与参龄的关系不大。根、茎、叶Ca、K、Mg、P、Na、Ba、La、Sr、Al、Fe、Mn、B、Zn、Cu、Cr等元素的含量从几到几万ppm不等,根、茎、叶无机元素的总平均含量分别为16655.72ppm、43005.00ppm、48076.96ppm,茎中Ca、Mg的量含与参龄呈负相关。
The contents of total saponins in roots, stems and leaves of P. quinquefolia from one year to five years were 3.89-6.40%, 1.41-1.88%, and 9.05-10.37%, respectively. The total root saponin content was positively correlated with the reference age. The average contents of amino acids in roots, stems and leaves were 9.65%, 4.89%, and 12.83%, respectively, and the average total essential amino acids content were 3.10%, 2.02%, and 5.18%, respectively. The content of various amino acids was not significantly related to the age of participation. The contents of Ca, K, Mg, P, Na, Ba, La, Sr, Al, Fe, Mn, B, Zn, Cu, and Cr in roots, stems, and leaves range from several to tens of thousands of ppm. The total average contents of inorganic elements in leaves and leaves were 16655.72 ppm, 43005.00 ppm, and 48076.96 ppm, and the content of Ca and Mg in stems was negatively correlated with the reference age.
