在交变负荷作用下的械械零件,易在应力集中处发生疲劳破坏,要改善这种零件的表面质量和提高使用寿命,喷丸强化处理是一种行之有效的方法。本文论述了喷丸强化的机理,喷丸强化质量的表达方式,并对质量检测工具及其使用要点作了介绍。通过对喷丸强化连杆的疲劳试验和实车考核,证明了喷丸强化处理的效果是显著的,并指出为了达到强化的目的,还必须对喷丸设备及喷丸工艺做恰当的选择。
In the alternating load of mechanical parts, prone to stress concentration in the fatigue damage, to improve the surface quality of such parts and improve service life, shot peening is an effective method. This paper discusses the mechanism of shot peening, the expression of shot peening quality, and introduces the quality testing tools and their points of use. Through the shot peening of the fatigue test and real car test proved that shot peening effect is significant, and pointed out that in order to achieve the purpose of strengthening, shot peening equipment and peening process must also make the right choice.
