目的探讨加味百合固金汤防治肺癌微创化疗不良反应的疗效。方法 56例肺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组常规行微创介入治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予加味百合固金汤治疗,观察疗效。结果治疗组在疲乏、胃肠道反应、咳嗽三个方面不良反应发生率与对照组有显著差异,在骨髓抑制和炎症方面与对照组无显著差异。结论加味百合固金汤对减少肺癌微创化疗不良反应有显著功效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of modified Lily Gingtang in preventing and treating minimally invasive chemotherapy of lung cancer. Methods Fifty-six patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with minimally invasive interventional therapy. The treatment group was treated with modified Lily Ginkgo Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was observed. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group in terms of fatigue, gastrointestinal reactions and cough. There was no significant difference in the bone marrow suppression and inflammation between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion Modified Lily Ginkgo Decoction can reduce the side effects of minimally invasive chemotherapy in lung cancer.
