面对房地产市场的持续升温,国家宏观调控主要是通过关注资金链的方式从供给和需求两大方面遏制目前房地产行业发展过热的势头,防止房地产泡沫的生成。本文拟从以上两大方面对2004年以来房地产金融市场的宏观调控进行政策和法律上的分析,并就进一步提高房地产市场金融调控政策效果提出相应建议。
Faced with the continuous warming of the real estate market, the state’s macroeconomic regulation and control mainly curb the trend of overheating in the current real estate industry from the supply and demand aspects by focusing on the capital chain to prevent the real estate bubble from being generated. This article intends to make policy and legal analysis on the macroeconomic regulation and control of the real estate financial market from the above two aspects and puts forward corresponding suggestions on how to further enhance the effect of the financial regulatory policies on the real estate market.
