目的了解新建本科院校大学生的社会支持情况,探讨社会支持对心理健康的影响,以便更好地开展心理健康教育。方法采用社会支持量表(SSRS)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对504名大学生进行问卷调查。结果新建本科院校大学生在社会支持3个维度上评分较低,与其他院校相比差异具有显著性;不同性别的大学生在对支持的利用度上差异具有显著性;文科与理科大学生在对支持的利用度上差异具有显著性;来自城市与农村的大学生在社会支持上差异无统计学意义;大学生SCL-90大部分因子分与社会支持评分有显著的相关性;回归分析表明大学生社会支持对心理健康有显著的影响。结论社会支持对大学生心理健康有显著影响。
Objective To understand the social support of undergraduates in new undergraduate colleges and to explore the influence of social support on mental health in order to better develop mental health education. Methods A total of 504 college students were surveyed by Social Support Scale (SSRS) and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results Undergraduates in newly-built undergraduates scored lower on the three dimensions of social support, with significant differences compared with other institutions. Differences in the utilization of support by different gender college students were significant, and liberal arts and science undergraduates There was no significant difference in the social support of college students from urban and rural areas. Most of the SCL-90 college students had a significant correlation with the social support scores. The regression analysis showed that the social support of college students Have a significant impact on mental health. Conclusion Social support has a significant impact on college students’ mental health.
