氟代烯烃辐射聚合的研究,约始于1950年,而在1960年之后发展较多。在有关三氟氯乙烯辐射聚合的报导中,聚合方法大多数为本体聚合,另外也有气相聚合、溶液聚合和以十二烷基磺酸钠为乳化剂的乳液聚合。但是目前都尚处于试验室研究阶段。我们的工作系研究三氟氯乙烯本体辐射聚合过程中,各种影响因素的相互关系,从而寻求较优惠的工艺条件。试验过程中所用单体系上海曙光化工厂生产的三
The study of radiation polymerization of fluoroolefins started in 1950 and later in 1960. In the report on the radiation polymerization of chlorotrifluoroethylene, most of the polymerization methods are bulk polymerization. In addition, there are also gas phase polymerization, solution polymerization and emulsion polymerization using sodium dodecyl sulfate as an emulsifier. However, at present, they are still in the laboratory research stage. Our work is to study the interrelationships of various influencing factors in the process of radiation polymerization of chlorotrifluoroethylene bulk to seek more favorable process conditions.
