对GCr15Sr新型机床导轨分别进行了常规热处理和等温热处理,并测试和分析了导轨的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能。研究发现:等温热处理可以显著改善GCr15Sr新型机床导轨的耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能;与常规热处理相比,等温热处理的导轨-40℃磨损体积减小48%,25℃磨损体积减小41%,150℃磨损体积减小59%;在500~25℃冷热循环1000次后的热疲劳裂纹级别从13级变为9级。
The GCr15Sr new machine tool rails were respectively subjected to conventional heat treatment and isothermal heat treatment, and the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the guide rail were tested and analyzed. The results show that isothermal heat treatment can significantly improve the wear resistance and thermal fatigue performance of the GCr15Sr new machine tool. Compared with the conventional heat treatment, the isothermal heat treatment reduces the wear volume at -40 ℃ by 48% and the wear volume at 25 ℃ And the wear volume decreases by 59% and 150%, respectively. The thermal fatigue crack level changes from 13th grade to 9th grade after 1000 cycles of hot and cold at 500 ~ 25 ℃.
