使用高效石英毛细管柱,测定了直馏汽油中C_4~C_9烃范围内一百多种链烷、环烷、芳烃在OV—101固定相上及50℃、70℃两个温度下的保留指数。研究了次甲基插入反应中芳烃次甲基反应产物及二次次甲基插入反应在色谱定性中的应用。讨论了影响保留指数重复性的主要因素如死时间测量、温度、柱效率、柱类型等。对烃分子结构与保留指数进行了关联。
The retention index of more than 100 kinds of paraffins, naphthenes and aromatic hydrocarbons in the range of C_4 ~ C_9 hydrocarbons in straight-run gasoline was measured on OV-101 stationary phase and 50 ° C and 70 ° C using an efficient quartz capillary column. The applications of the methine methine reaction and the second methine insertion reaction in the methine insertion reaction were studied. The main factors influencing the repeatability of retention index are discussed, such as dead time measurement, temperature, column efficiency, column type and so on. The molecular structure of hydrocarbons is correlated with the retention index.
