目的寻求一种更好的、无创伤性的宫内安全性预测方法。方法对Vintzileos生物物理评分标准进行了改良,开展了糖负荷试验的新方法。对住院分娩的230例高危孕妇进行监测,并与分娩时结果作对照。结果在综合评分中,各单项评分越低,其羊水污染率、Apgar低评分发生率、围产儿病死率越高,糖负荷试验后评分增高或综合评分达6分以上者,新生儿无明显缺氧现象,反之,糖负荷试验后评分仍低者,胎儿均有不同程度缺氧,新生儿Apgar评分较低或低体重儿,围产儿病死率增高。结论改良的生物物理象评分,较既往的Manning评分和Vintzileos评分法更科学,对高危妊娠的监护及指导临床处理起到了极其重要的作用
Objective To seek a better, noninvasive intrauterine safety prediction method. Methods Vintzileos biophysical grading standards were improved and a new method of sugar loading test was carried out. 230 high-risk pregnant women hospitalized for childbirth were monitored and compared with the results at childbirth. Results In the comprehensive score, the lower the individual score, the rate of amniotic fluid contamination, the incidence of Apgar low score, the higher the perinatal mortality, the higher the score after sugar load test, or the comprehensive score of 6 points or more, no obvious newborn Oxygen phenomenon, on the contrary, the sugar load test after the scoring is still low, the fetus has varying degrees of hypoxia, neonatal Apgar score of low or low birth weight children, perinatal mortality increased. Conclusions The improved biophysical image score is more scientific than the previous Manning and Vintzileos scores and plays an extremely important role in monitoring and guiding the clinical management of high-risk pregnancies
