目的应用血管回声跟踪技术评价内脏性肥胖对颈动脉弹性的影响。方法选取2015年2月—2016年2月本院收治的内脏性肥胖患者25例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者25例作为对照组。采用血管回声跟踪技术对两组进行检查,观察并分析检查结果,计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组患者肾周脂肪厚度为(0.79±0.32)cm,腹部内脏脂肪厚度为(7.38±1.84)cm,均优于对照组的(0.21±0.05)、(3.75±1.30)cm,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者僵硬度指数为(8.6±2.5),血管压力—应变弹性系数为(117.1±35.7)k Pa,脉搏波传导速度为(6.5±0.8)m/s,顺应性为(0.7±0.3)mm2/k Pa,与对照组的(8.6±2.5)、(78.4±35.9)k Pa、(5.3±1.1)m/s、(0.9±0.3)mm2/k Pa相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论血管回声跟踪技术用于内脏性肥胖患者中,具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of visceral obesity on carotid artery elasticity by using the vascular echo tracing technique. Methods Twenty-five patients with visceral obesity admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the observation group and 25 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Vascular echo tracing technique was used to check the two groups, observe and analyze the test results, t-test measurement data, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results In the observation group, the peri-renal fat thickness was (0.79 ± 0.32) cm and the abdominal visceral fat thickness was (7.38 ± 1.84) cm, both of which were superior to those of the control group (0.21 ± 0.05) and (3.75 ± 1.30) cm respectively There was statistical significance (all P <0.05). The stiffness index of the observation group was (8.6 ± 2.5), the pressure-strain elasticity coefficient was (117.1 ± 35.7) kPa, the pulse wave velocity was (6.5 ± 0.8) m / s and the compliance was (0.7 ± 0.3) mm2 / kPa, the difference was statistically significant compared with control group (8.6 ± 2.5), (78.4 ± 35.9) kPa, (5.3 ± 1.1) m / s, All P <0.05). Conclusion Vascular echo tracking technology is used in visceral obesity patients, with high diagnostic value.
