快速点磨削(Quick-Point Grinding)是一种先进的超高速磨削技术,它集成了超高速磨削、CBN超硬磨料及CNC技术,在加工轴类零件场合具有优良的性能。介绍了快速点磨削技术的发展现状及工艺特征,分析了快速点磨削机理和材料去除机制。结果表明:砂轮的磨损机制不同于一般外圆磨削,磨削过程具有较高的绿色加工性能;通过合理控制磨削参数和磨削条件,该项技术可应用于对一些难加工材料和复杂回转表面的高质量磨削加工,由此提出了在这些领域开展应用研究的重点内容,以及推广和开发此项技术的意义。
Quick-Point Grinding is an advanced ultra-high speed grinding technology that incorporates ultra-high speed grinding, CBN superabrasive and CNC technology for superior performance in the machining of shaft parts. The development status and process characteristics of rapid point grinding technology are introduced. The mechanism of rapid point grinding and material removal are analyzed. The results show that the wear mechanism of grinding wheel is different from that of general cylindrical grinding, and the grinding process has high green processing performance. By controlling the grinding parameters and grinding conditions reasonably, the technology can be applied to some difficult-to-process materials and complex High-quality grinding of the rotating surface, and thus put forward the key content of applied research in these fields, as well as the significance of the promotion and development of this technology.
