番茄病虫害的防治可以说是无公害番茄露地生产的关键环节。我国番茄苗期主要发生的病虫害有猝倒病、立枯病、早疫病、蚜虫等。而定植后即田间主要病虫害有病毒病、早疫病、青枯病、枯萎病、晚疫病、叶霉病、灰霉病、溃疡病;蚜虫、棉铃虫、潜叶蝇、茶黄螨、白粉虱。不同年份不同病虫害发生率也不相同。 对于番茄病虫害的防治,应按照“预防为主,综合防治”的植保方针,坚持以“农业防治、物理防治、生物防治为主,化学防治为辅”的无害化控制原则。
