According to the website of the U.S. Department of Defense, September 14, 2015, along with the commemoration ceremony for the victims of “September 11”, the 3-day DARPA’s “Wait, What?” The Future Technology Forum ends on September 11. During the conference, experts from numerous technical fields attended the forum and delivered reports on the forum covering all aspects of cutting-edge technologies such as space robotics, autonomous artificial intelligence, extraterrestrial life and neuroscience milestones. Forum Overview More than 1,400 scientists and engineers from all fields participated in the forum. The forum was started by U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter.
