全路篷布维修工作会议于1982年6月16—18日,由铁道部货运局主持在济南召开。参加会议的有铁道部科学研究院、上海铁道学院、各铁路局和各篷布修理所等单位,共约90余人。这次会议研究解决了当前货车篷布维修工作中的三个问题。一、推广了维纶篷布维修新工艺到目前为止,全国维纶篷布已占货车篷布总保有量的三分之二。原有棉线篷布的维修工艺及胶粘剂对维纶篷布均不适用,造成大量维纶篷布待修积压,影响了装车任务的完成。山上海铁道学院主持,济南、上海两个修理所参加,试制出一种HT-821胶粘剂,是专门为维纶篷布修补用的一种新型热塑性合成树脂胶粘剂。会上由主持单位介绍了HT-821胶粘
All-tarpaulin maintenance work conference June 16-18, 1982, chaired by the Ministry of Railways Transportation Bureau held in Jinan.
