本文介绍了一种角X射线荧光光谱仪测定植物样品中金属元素的方法。用纤维素粉稀释水系沉淀物标样(GSD)制备工作曲线,利用峰背比法校正基体效应,成功地测定了桃叶标样(82—301)及日本胡椒叶标样(NIES Nol)中Sr、Rb、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn等六元素,所得结果与鉴定值符合良好。同时为了检验该法对粮食样品的测量效果,文中也列出了对玉米粉中上述元素的测量结果。
This article describes a method for the determination of metal elements in plant samples by angle X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The working curve was prepared by diluting aqueous sediment standard (GSD) with cellulose powder and the matrix effect was corrected by the peak-to-back ratio method. The results showed that the standard curve of peach leaf standard (82-301) and NIES Nol Sr, Rb, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and other six elements, the results obtained with the identification value in good agreement. At the same time, in order to test the effect of the method on the measurement of grain samples, the article also lists the measurement results of the above elements in the corn flour.
