实现京津冀协同发展是一个国家战略有重大研究价值。本文首先分析其在推进基础设施协同发展、产业协同发展、市场协同发展、服务协同发展的必要性;再次提出京津冀协同发展的财税体制改革问题,分税制加剧的“虹吸现象”、财事权不统一等;最后,研究对策以实现京津冀协同发展健康协同发展。
To realize the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is a national strategy with great research value. This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of synergetic development of infrastructure, synergy development of industry, synergy development of market and synergistic development of service.
