将非晶态Ni加氢性能和磁性与磁稳定床反应器相结合,工业应用于己内酰胺加氢精制过程,实现了加氢反应过程的强化。在此基础上制备了系列磁性催化剂,包括金属氧化物催化剂、负载型双金属催化剂和强酸性磁性树脂催化剂等。上述磁性催化剂与磁稳定床反应器相结合,用于CO加氢、乙炔选择性加氢、烯烃叠合和醚化等反应,同样表现出反应过程强化的特点。本文结合我们自己的研究工作,对近年来磁稳定床反应器与磁性催化剂的研究进展进行了评述,并展望了未来磁性催化剂与磁稳定床反应器的发展趋势。
The amorphous Ni hydrogenation and magnetic properties and magnetic bed reactor combined with the industrial application of caprolactam hydrotreating process to achieve the enhancement of the hydrogenation reaction process. Based on this, a series of magnetic catalysts were prepared, including metal oxide catalysts, supported bimetallic catalysts and strongly acidic magnetic resin catalysts. The magnetic catalyst is combined with a magnetically stabilized bed reactor for the reaction of CO hydrogenation, selective hydrogenation of acetylene, olefin lamination and etherification, and also shows the characteristic of the reaction process strengthening. In this paper, with our own research work, the research progress of magnetically stabilized bed reactors and magnetic catalysts in recent years are reviewed, and the future trends of magnetic catalysts and magnetically stabilized bed reactors are prospected.
