介绍了整个镀铬控制系统的设计,从上位机WINCC的软件控制,控制核心PLC与上位机的良好通信,PLC对控制电路的自动控制及电路对PLC的信号反馈,重点介绍了控制系统的硬件部分的设计。针对控制系统中经常出现的故障,通过故障集控器的设计把所有可能出现的故障都集中在控制面板上,使工作人员能够及时发现故障,并尽快解决。经该控制系统实际投入生产,各项功能都能够正常运行,达到了设计目的。
